Paneer Tikka
------ Ingredients ------
1. Paneer - 100 g
2. Green bell pepper - 0.5 cup
3. Onion - 0.5 cup
4. Hung curd - 0.5 cup
5. Turmeric powder - 0.25 tsp
6. Chili powder - 1 tsp
7. Coriander powder - 0.25 tsp
8. Garam masala - 0.25 tsp
9. Amchur powder - 0.25 tsp
10. Chaat masala - 1 pinch
11. Oil - 1 tbsp
12. Lemon juice - 0.5 tsp
13. Ginger garlic paste - 0.5 tsp
------ Method ------
1. Cut paneer into 1 inch cube and cut green bell pepper, onion into 1 inch piece.
2. Put in all the ingredients in a bowl and Mix well until smooth.
3. Add onions, capsicum and paneer into the batter.
4. Mix well and refrigerate for an hour minimum.
5. Put all the pieces on dosa tawa.
6. Turn sides and cook until brown.
7. Now, hold the pieces one by one and burn it directly on stove to get the flavour and taste. slightly burn.
8. Insert into tooth pick or skewer and serve hot with mint chutney.
